<content>I'm going to Paris for the first time in March. Any suggestions for off the tourist track fooding?

I'm looking for:
-local cuisine/street food
-ethnic to France foods
-of course wines and cheeses
-best bread and patisserie
-and any good non-frou frou tea?

I'm also trying to make it up to Belgium for a few days to visit the Westvleteren trappist ale brewery/abbey. I know there is a Cafe across from the monastery that's supposed to carry the Westvleteren beer. Any conformations or advice?
