"3 in 1" slow cooker

Has anyone used the Hamilton Beach 3 in 1 slow cooker? And if so, do you like it?
I am looking for a smaller slow cooker, about 3 qts. But the 3 in 1 is attractive for its multiple sizes.

Any reviews?
