Smoking a pig's leg

Hey there - this is directed at any Croatian chowhounds...

I personally favour Croatian Prosciutto or Prsut over Italian Prosciutto. Now I know of one place sell it - Croatia Meats and Delicatessen in Mississauga. But what I'd really like to know is does anyone have an idea where I can take my own pig leg and have them prepare it for me?

Salt cure, then smoke, then hand it back to me to eat after aging or age it for me.
