Best, healthiest Chinese in Chester County?

Much like the poster who is inquiring about high quality Chinese in Philadelphia I wanted to find out whether there are any reputable establishments in the suburbs. My fiancee and I moved to West Chester over a year ago but the only Chinese we have been able to find is the ultra fatty take-out variety. We would love to have an authentic sit-down experience complete with excellent tea service. However, we would also settle for lighter take-out faire. Thanks for your help!

You might want to try Su Tao Cafe on rt 30 in Malvern. It is 100% vegan, and perhaps a lighter style of cooking but I have only had their lunch buffet which is excellent. It is a pleasant and perhaps serene place as well.

I think Margaret Kuo's on Rt. 30 in Malvern will meet your basic requirements of healthful preparation and high quality. For the tea service, try her flagship restaurant in Wayne - also on Rt. 30 in the center of town - which offers about a dozen exotic teas. Try the Dragon Well tea. My favorite.
