Kyotofu says they can make a tofu cheesecake that feeds 15 people for $80 with 3 days advance notice. Since the cheesecake is for someone who is lactose intolerant, I was surprised to hear that normally Kyotofu uses a small amount of cream cheese in the cake, but they said that, on request, it could be prepared without cream cheese (hope it's just as good).
