We are going to Blue Man group tonight and want to know if there are any good food restaurants in the neighborhood? We can include a five block walking radius, or a taxi/subway ride. Thanks

Where did you go? I might have recommended Grand Sichuan for very good, cheap Sichuan food, but Chinatown Brasserie, though much more expensive, has wonderful dim sum items and cocktails.

If you're in the mood for Italian, you should check out Gasparino's (www.gasparinos.com) which is located on East 6th Street between First and Second Avenues).

There are plenty of good places in the neighborhood. In the immediate vicinity of the theatre is Chinatown Brasserie. A five minute walk away are Blue Hill, Babbo and Otto. A little bit further, Lupa. There is no reason not to eat well before the show.
