Hey , I know this post is over a year old... Yes I have had their coffee, in fact I have a bag here now. I am a home roaster and advocate their coffee here in London Ontario as much as I can. Nicaraguan coffee is strong in flavor, and medium in acidity. IT roasts well lightly all the way to dark, however if roasted past a standard "vienna" roast you lose all distinctiveness from the bean. If you live in London, I recommend picking up a pound of "firehall blend". Its Med and lightly roasted beans blended. Yummer.
