Does anyone know what happened to Holly Eats .com web-site? Where has he been?

According to the front page of www.hollyeats.com, this is what he/she is up to: "What's New: Boy am I behind. Thanks to all those who keep after me. I'm renting a villa in Southern Mexico in Mid-January. If mañana syndrome doesn't overpower me, plans are to enter the the past year's worth of eating. Theory is that once I get caught up, it will be easier for me to stay caught up. But that is only a theory."
