I am not a fan of sushi, but had something wonderful in Kaanapali, Maui at Roy's. "Hamachi" not sure of the spelling, but it was awesome! Heard it is kind of hard to come by. Any input???

  1. Hamachi, or yellowtail, isn't hard to come by at all. It's one of the most common types of sushi, along with tuna (maguro), salmon, and shrimp. Even restaurants that don't purport to offer a full sushi menu, will often have the few that I've mentioned.
