Eating Out in Seattle

I won a trip to Seattle! Looking for places for all three meals, and looking for some character as well as good food. Would be great if they weren't wildly expensive, too. Any ideas are welcome!

Paula, The Dungeneous crab here is signature to the region and no one does a better job of cooking it than Seven Stars Pepper Szechuan Restaurant. I also recommend Harvest Vine as a true Chowhound destination. (It has been voted best Seattle restaurant by local Chowhounds two years in a row.)

Agreed on HV, but they get packed and the space is small. they take a few reservations a night, but you'll want to book a few days in advance. For my money, I would recommend Sitka and Spruce in the Eastlake neighborhood. Also, downtown, Txori Bar, which is a pintxos place run by the Harvest Vine owners is worth an early evening snack.
