Okay, now I am looking for a tea house that is very girly. I am inviting around 9 people. Also it has to be like a place where you sit down and order not like a Starbucks. I also would like if they sold a little food. It doesn't have to be meals, it can though.

There are lots of places for afternoon tea, but if you are limited in cash, you should check out Alice's Tea Cup. Predominantly female clientele, pretty affordable. What exactly is your price range per person?

My price range could go for about $16-$24 dollars. I couold also pay for an over all price for the party in genral.
