Don't see any mention of this restaurant in Chowhound. Apparently it is recently opened on Cortez Rd in the Bradenton area of Florida and is part of a chain that originates in the Tulsa area.

We attended on New Year's Eve (group of six) for an early dinner and were welcomed by the manager who was very friendly and throughout the evening he would drop by to ensure that the food was up to snuff and that we were enjoying ourselves.

This is Tex-Mex folks (a cuisine I don't know well), fun atmosphere, good margaritas.

This is not fine dining Chowhounders but tasty food (lots of it), it arrived promptly and was reasonably priced.

I encourage you to give it a try...when we come back to Florida (from Canada) we are going back.

Agree it's a fun atmosphere...but I'd call it average Tex Mex food. If you like Mexicali you might want to try El Adobe on U.S. 41 in Sarasota...excellent tacos...burritos, and some of the tastiest chips and salsa you'll find....the guacamole is also outstanding. Casa Del Sol on Cortez has a good mole sauce/chicken dish. It's worth a visit too.
