Restaurant Week Discussion

It's one of my favorite times of the year! Since some restaurants have already started their restaurant week, I thought I'd start a discussion on what you all have tried and your thoughts on it. I am scheduled to try out Farrah Olivia, Hook, and Zaytinya.

Has anyone tried a restaurant yet? How were the menus? Would you recommend others to try it out for RW?

I'm anxious to see responses. We did Lavandou two years ago and loved it. Service was definitely slower and less attentive than usual, but still a fun experience. I'm trying to figure out where to go for dinner on the 19th. I'm thinking Circle Bistro as it's close to our hotel (Doubletree on New Hampshire) and we could still walk to the Lisner Auditorium for the show we're seeing later that evening.

I have heard great things about Circle Bistro...I can't find their RW menu on the website though.

I know Farrah Olivia has already started theirs. Anyone been yet?

According to DC Foodies, they are offering their full menu. Might be a couple of up-charges, but you can pretty much determine what they might be by the regular pricing (ie: all appetizers are $9-10, but the foie gras is $19, so it'll probably have an upcharge).
