Empanadas- Phoenix

I just drove by my favorite South American grocery store- El Panamericano on 24th st/Osborn-- only to find it has shut down! Does anyone know if and where it has relocated? And if it's shut down for good, can anyone tell me where I can get empanada dough (a great South American grocery store would be nice).

Also, does anyone have any good reccomendations, restaurant-wise, for empanadas?

I love empanadas and order them whenever I see them on a menu. I haven't had any here that had me craving more. If you find anything, please let us know.
