Afternoon tea in Mississauga

A friend's Bubbe (sp?) is turning 93! and Bubbe would like to go for afternoon tea, preferably somewhere in Mississauga and not too expensive (around $20). Any suggestions?

not quite mississauga, but in downtown Oakville there is Upstairs Downstairs Tea Room (at Lakeshore and Dunn)
