Best Seattle McCormick's Choice?

I have a $20 Dinner Certificate to one of the McCormick restaurants and am curious which may be the best choice for the value.

My choices are:
McCormick & Schmick's Seafood Restaurant
M&S Grill
McCormick & Schmick's Harborside
McCormick's Fish House
Spenger's Fresh Fish Grotto
McCormick & Kuleto's Seafood Restaurant

I know it's all chain and probably mediocre but I've never been to one before so I figure I'll give it a try!

We actually had our company Christmas party at Harborside and it was surprisingly good. I would actually go back as the food was very good as was our waiter.

Thanks for the advice on the one per table - i probably won't return 4 times to any M&S, but will give it at least a shot.

One that I will tell you to stay away from is the fish house or whatever it is on 4th. Its like a freakin' red robin in there....

I never had a big problem with the one down on first, much nicer setting...

Yeah, I'd stick to either the main downtown one or Harborside.

I'll pile on too. A round trip on Alaska netted me two coupons, one each way. Anyone been to the Harborside restaurant?

I like Harborside. I go there for the best classic shrimp cocktail in town....get it with 2 sauces: traditional red one and their sherry aioli....i'd also recommend the calamari caesar salad.

I just got the same coupon on Alaska, and there were 4 of us, so we have $80 to spend at M&S. Never been to one, so input needed!

Read the coupon carefully - it might be limited to one per table. (i.e. max $20 discount)

Did you fly on Alaska recently? I just got back from Hawaii and also got a $20 certificate from the airline for M&S, so I appreciate the question!

I got one too! Funny that so many of us did.

I actually enjoy M & S's for the most part. The Harborside location has nice views of Lake Union and a great deck. The ones on 1st and 4th are fun places to go for Happy Hour.

While it pains me to visit a chain, I have to admit I had a pretty decent meal once in the dining room (not the bar) of the McCormick & Schmick's (Seafood Restaurant) on 1st & Spring in Seattle.

Stick to the local, in-season seafood and you'll be fine.
