      <content>Great suggestions as always from the knowledgeable and responsive hounds.  I will try some this weekend - Asian versions sound v. happening.  I often buy oxtails at Ralph's and they are a staple in my Super Bowl chili - which, hey, almost time to get started on.  </content>
