Dinner for 35 in Las Vegas, NV

I need to plan a nice dinner near the Strip for next fall (2009). It will be on a Saturday night, so I need to book relatively soon. Where are some favorite spots that are within walking distance (or tram) to the Paris? Any suggestion sare appreciated.
