Brewing beer, curing meat, or making cheese?

Just had a meal at Indochine this weekend. Service was horrible and while my striped bass was fairly tasty, my wife's chicken was as dry as saw dust. Spent in excess of $100 per couple.....what a waste. We could have easily gotten a much better meal at one-fifth of the price at a Vietnamese restaurant in San Gabriel Valley. Oh well, live and learn.

      I second that emotion. Boring to bad food, horribly loud, bad to mediocre service.
