New Chef At West
Can anybody tell me who has replaced Chef David Hawksworth at West? If it is sous chef Stephanie Noel, then the food should remain superb. But does she have the stuff of an executive Chef??

we were there this past week. As it was the first time, can't compare, but everything we had was perfectly executed, well presented, and thoroughly enjoyed. I didn't care for the amuse-bouche, but the treats that they served with the bill were amazing: eggnog truffles, and some sort of raspberry macaron which was so intensely flavored.
