Where to eat in Milton ?

Are there any good restuarants in Milton that are not franchises?
Looking for some great Italian food, Indian Food, fresh roasted chicken ...I like it all .....

4 of us went there last year and we enjoyed the food, the service and the place. It's an open kitchen concept and our table was close, which I did not mind because I saw that everything was prepared fresh. One person ordered risotto and they made it by the book. I watched. :-) The menu was slightly different than what I see now. I had a chicken dish and the chef made alterations to the sauce to accommodate my allergies.
