sabroso in rhinebeck?

How is Sabroso? I live nearby and am looking for new Rhinebeck dining options other than Gigi and Terrapin and Petit Bistro.

    I was there several months ago and it was very good - both food and service. However if I recall correctly it was all ala carte and rather minimalist in presentation. Unfortunately I do not recall what I (we) had - hmm, perhaps not a good sign.
    Owner/proprietor was very pleasant and welcoming.

    Have also been to Mercato in Red Hook twice now and have found it to be excellent - not far from Rhinebeck.
