brent's deli

i finally tried this highly rated deli in northridge. although i am not a big deli fan, i was very happy at this place. they serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner dishes all day long. there is something for everyone here. a very, very big menu. i tried the pastrami dip which was excellent. i was by myself so i sat at the counter. i found everyone at the counter to be very friendly. i met several people, plus was introduced to the owner (ron, apparently brent sold the deli years ago). this place obviously has a loyal following. i'll be back, and soon. it's not a cheap deli - a sandwich is around $8-10, but considering the quality, it's worth it.

I agree Brents is the best deli in Southern CA. Ron is the owner and Brent is his son. Brent works in the deli with Ron.

Didn't Brent sell out last year? At least, that's what I heard.
