    It's near downtown, right off the 2 freeway. Do you know where Dodger Stadium is? That's basically Echo Park.

      Hi Karen:

      From what I recall, Harmony is correct. My most recent visit to the area was a few years ago but, heck, I distinctly remember my sister telling me Echo Park is that area around the Dodgers' baseball park.
