In the spirit of the New Year: what's your fave diet-friendly resto/dish?
You know someone had to ask the hard question: Now that the indulgences of the holiday are officially behind us, I'm stepping on the scale and not liking what I see. So, like so many others, I'm lacing up my tennies, heading to the gym, and resolving to take off those extra holiday pounds and get back into my skinny jeans. But I still love to eat out and eat well. So help me out, Hounds. Whether you're counting calories, points, or carbs, what are your favorite guilt-free venues and meals out? I'm in the Tampa Bay area, but let's hear your ideas from around the state.

In Orlando, we have Seasons 52, and, for a smaller, more casual meal, Dandelion CommuniTEA, which has terrific organic wraps and salads.

I really enjoyed Seasons 52 the one time I've been. Wish we'd get one in Tampa!

Sorry, but my holiday isn't quite over yet.
I've got cornbread in the oven, blackeyed peas and collards on the stove, a fridge full of beer and 12 hours of football to watch.
Tomorrow is another story.....

If I am trying to stay healthy, I will go for salmon or chicken breast with steamed veggies - no sauces, skip carbs. At home tonight, it's beef stew with cornbread however.
