Costco in Mexico sell it and it is surprisingly tasty. I would imagine that the south county Costco outlets may stock it. I was in Mexico for Epiphamy and got to share one honkin' huge Rosca. It was big enough to serve the entire block of 8 houses. I ended up with 3 dolls, unfortunately, I was gone by Candelaria so couldn't contribute the 3 dz tamales the dolls obligated me to.
