Dinner for 25-30 people in Vegas
We are going to Vegas with a group of 25 - 30 people in mid-January for a friends 40th birthday celebration and we're looking for a delicious and fun place to eat. We had eaten at Tao on our last visit and loved it, but when we inquired about a large group, we were told there is a prix fixe menu in a private dining room. The Tao plan works out to be over $100 person with no drinks and it was a bit much for many of our friends to swallow.
I would appreciate any suggestions for a delicious dinner place that would accommodate a group of that size, cost in the neighborhood of $100 person with drinks and would be a fun birthday celebration location. We're not looking for a free birthday cake or a menagerie of singers.
We will be staying on the strip, some of us at the Wynn and some elsewhere but we're not afraid to take cabs if necessary.

I think Mon Ami Gabi would be perfect. They have a private room that sounds about perfect for your size and I believe it overlooks the Bellagio fountains, although I cannot confirm that. Their food can range from good to excellent and I have never had a bad meal there.
