Who serves a good version of hanger steak?

I have read that hanger steak (also butcher's steak or onglet) is a very tasty cut of meat. Where can I find a good version of hanger steak. I prefer the west side of LA.

Mimosa on Beverly does a fine hangar steak. For a more humble version, try Bouchon on Melrose.

Mimosa does indeed serve a fine hangar steak. There is no point to go to the inferior Mimosa for a more 'humble' hangar steak. I mean, Bouchon's inferior version is only about $5 cheaper. Don't be a cheapskate and go to Mimosa.
