lime potato chips

There was a thread on the NY board about lime potato chips--someone mentioned they might be available on the west coast. Any sighted in LA? Thanks.

    Try 7-Elevens. One company (Frito-Lay, I think) has a flavor called "limon" that sounds like what you're talking about. Pretty good, too, sez I.

      You've found them! "Limon" is the spelling used in the original post. Any sightings on the east coast? pat

        are they potato chips, or tortilla chips? i think you can find Tostito lime tortilla chips at Gristede's...

            Thanks for the tips--will send my sleuthing spous to LA's 7-11s.

            Last place we got addicted to special snacks was Miami--garlic cassava chips. Really hard to bite cause they were tougher than taters, but great.

              At Trader Joe's-Wisecracker's low fat Garlic Crackers.
              Very crunchy-great flavor.

                what about wasabi rice crackers/chips? Styrofoam consistency, snappy taste. Love them!
