Miami: recommended caterer?

I will be hosting a cocktail party in Miami in late January for 20-25 people. I'm interested in a caterer who can provide a terrific bartender (mixed drinks + wine) and wonderful food (passed hors d'oevres + buffet items).

Any chowhound recommendations for a caterer in Miami?
