Salmon in Bodega Bay

I want to buy 2 whole salmon and have them cut into a a total of four sides, and give me the frames and heads.
Where is good in Bodega Bay? I've been unimpressed by Tides and Lucas Wharf, I thought that it wasn't any cheaper or better than in Sebastopol. Do you know anything?

If you are looking for fresh local salmon, the season closed in October. If you whole fresh salmon, it will be farmed.

During the season, you can buy whole salmon directly from the boats. However, they're only allowed to sell them whole and won't butcher them for you.
