...or if you're very familiar with fresh seafood. I would like to make 'shiokara' with the best surume squid possible. Please don't say mitsuwa or marukai etc.. because as fresh as they are, it isn't shiokara worthy. Anyone know where I can buy super fresh surume squid in los angeles? thanks for your help!!
