4 hour layover in YVR - Where to lunch?

Tomorrow I head back to San Francisco from Saskatoon. We've got a lunch-time layover in YVR and would love to get out of the airport and into a good meal. Scanning, there seems to be many options near YVR, particularly Chinese. But I'm having trouble figuring out where we could get a great, dependable lunch.

I would just stay and eat at the Fairmont Vancouver Airport.

Sushi King House on Granville St in the Marpole area of Vancouver. About a 5-10min cab ride away from YVR. The food is fresh,portions large & prices cheap.

Kirin or Floata come to mind. (There are so many options in Richmond.)

Hands down head to AJI SAI sushi bar on west 42nd. It would be about a $15 cab ride and they are open for lunch on Sat from 11:45 - 2pm.
