Recipes for homemade ravioli with crab filling?
I had an absolutely delicious homemade crab filled ravioli with tomato-cream sauce at a little mom and pop Italian restaurant. I want to try to make something similar at home.
Any suggestions for how to make the crab filling part? What add-ins for flavor? I was trying to kind of modify a recipe for crab cakes, but not quite sure how to sub ricotta for the bread crumbs and mayo part.
