Best burritos, tacos, general Mexican food?
I'm visiting Chicago from the East Coast, and thus it is incumbent upon me to eat as much Mexican food as possible. Does anyone have any recommendations as to what I need and where I should get it? I'm willing to travel great distances for great Mexican food. In addition to sit-down places, I'm interested in places to grab a late-night burrito as well. Any and all suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!
bennyt - I consider myself a Mex food hound of sorts. LOVE it. Two cents for you:

Nice post gordeaux!
Taqueria El Milagro on Blue Island just south of 19th street in the Pilsen neighborhood serves up great tacos, burritos, stews, tamales, etc etc. I appreciate the fact that nothing is dripping with grease. It seems that the food is prepared "a little" healthier than most traditional Mexican joints but packed with flavor! The space is spotless and pleasant for taqueria standards.
Nuevo Leon will come up quite a bit in the postings but let me just say that I find the the cholesterol and fat to be completely out of control...now really, it doesn't get any greasier...everything is packed with lard. Everything is pretty tasty there but I just can't take the grease and so much freakin lard! Man, the refried bean plate is so darn good!
Late Night (open late late late) margaritas and tasty sit down Mexican food:
Garcias in Lincoln Square on Lincoln Avenue directly in the square. I recommend Garcias for dinner and The Huettenbar (cool German Pub with fun eclectic late night crowd) for drinks afterwards.
