Anita's has an extensive breakfast menu including huevos rancheros -- I wouldn't be surprised if they did it right. So many places, of course, think any sort of eggs-and-something-Mexican-or-Southwestern qualifies, so you'll see a lot of eggs-and-salsa or eggs-and-black-beans dishes labeled as such, without the requisite ranchero sauce on top and corn tortillas underneath.
