They moved the roasting up to the main land but still have a shop in the Keys. Maybe it would be a good idea to encourage local coffee shops to carry beans from a local roaster like Volcanica. It seems like their beans are good (and obviously the only one mentioned in South Florida) - amazing how it just was under our nose all this time!
