What to do with Standing Rib leftovers
So theres only a litttle bit left maybe a pound (froma 6lb roast). Do I just reheat? Cut for a sandwich? Make it into something different. Any help would be appreciated.

My first choice would be a nice thinly sliced sandwich with crusty bread, maybe a french dip.
Consider nice julienne strips for an added touch to salads or.....
Last, try adding nice julienne strips of roast beef to a bowl of Asian Style soup of Ramen or Rice Porridge(Congee). Prepare your soups firsts and add to the top of the soup just before serving. Please do not over-cook the beef in the broth. Adding it at the end will gently warm it and remain moist and tender.
