Christmas Day - open restaurants?

I'm looking for a restaurant that will be open on Christmas day....I'd like it to be:

Reasonably priced (less then $25 per person total)
Vege or Fish options for the 2 non-meat eaters
Located around Miracle Mile/Hollywood/Los Filez

      Kung Pao Bistro on Santa Monica and Fairfax.

        Good choice with plenty of veggie and seafood options, and to me, they are the best options, although the lamb dishes are quite good as is the mango chicken if that might be of interest.
        Soups definitely high quality, including the soup of the sea.
