Pressed Duck in St. Paul/Mpls?

I was reading the search for brown chow mein, which reminded me of the pressed duck that they used to have at the Nankin. Does anyplace have it anymore?

The Red Dragon's Pressed Duck is served on a bed of lettuce with gravy, crushed nuts, and green onion on top. You can substitute bean sprouts for the lettuce at no charge, just like the Nankin's!

I am a relative newcomer to MN (less than 2 years). So, I don't know what the pressed duck at the Nankin restaurant was like. Mandarin Kitchen in Bloomington serves their pressed duck with shredded pork, snow peas and light gravy.

Had Red Dragon pressed duck tonight ,we love it. Also had shrimp in lobster sauce, its the best in town, reminds me of Nankins or Howard Wongs where I waited tables for 10 years.

The Red Dragon at 2116 Lyndale Ave. S. has the same pressed duck that was served at the Nankin. Nankin's head chef bought the Dragon in the 70's and he uses the same recipes for the their chow mein and pressed duck. Hope that helps!

Wow... What a flashback. As soon as I saw pressed duck on your subject line I thought of the Nankin. I remember going there as a kid in the 60’s with my family, and that was my favorite dish. I’ve never had it like that since. I’m looking forward to seeing some suggestions here....

same family owns ping's as nankin-- so if Haricorts wants the nankin's pressed duck that would be my rec too.
