I'm intrigued by the descriptions of this riesling from Washington State, and there was some discussion on the PNW board. Has anyone seen any bottles in the Bay Area?
I know it's not really the Bay Area, but I bought a bottle last week at the Nugget Market in West Sacramento, on Jefferson Blvd
You know that is a nice riesling, but there are plenty of other ones that are just as good, but without the cutsie name availble in the area if you cant find it.. but try K&L they might have it. or try wine-searcher.com
As of now, according to their website, K&L has 24 bottles of the 2006 Kung Fu Girl Riesling in their main warehouse and 10 bottles in their Redwood City store.http://www.klwines.com
And San Francisco Wine Trading Company on Taraval in SF has 27 in stock. http://www.sfwtc.com
I saw it yesterday at Vintage Berkeley ,, so you can get it there.
By the glass they serve it at Local Kitchen and Wine Merchant and Scott Howard...my date ordered it at both places and really enjoyed it!
