Does anyone know of an all inclusive New Year's package Raleigh or Wilmington

My husband and I are looking for an all inclusive (dinner, dancing, midnight toast, and hotel) that is affordable and fun this year. We live in Raleigh and don't mind driving to the beach. We would like to dress up (black tie optional) and be able to drink and stay at the hotel so we aren't on the road later on. We have had a lot of dud New Year's eve something like this is a lot of fun.

The big hotel chains usually have all inclusive packages.
Try the Marrriott or the Hilton
