RECIPE FOR YORKSHIRE PUDDING IN MUFFIN TINS

I apologize if this is a repeated request. I would like to make Yorkshire pudding to serve 12. I want to make them in muffin tins but the recipes I have found use large pans. I appreciate any help and thank-you.

  1. On one of the other threads, some one recommended the Jamie Oliver recipe -- which does call for muffin tins. I think I'll be using this too -- but in place of the oil, I think I'll use some of the roast beef drippings (it's more traditional form all I've read elsewhere).

    1. I love Pam Anderson's recipe for Yorkshire pudding. She calls for instant flour "Wondra". The batter doesn't need to sit overnight in the refrig. and works perfectly- also delicious.
