      Try:
Me Va Mi at Steeles and Bathurst. I don't remember of Sababba (a little east of there) has it too, but it's worth a shot cause they serve great food there.

I am partial to the tabouli at Tabule, on Yonge street south of Eglinton. (surprise, surprise) But it really is quite good and their other offerings are fresh and delicious, as well. You'll also enjoy the ambiance.
If you're downtown, I enjoy the tabouli at Momo's. (Harbord Street, west of Spadina) Momo himself is from Jerusalem and he offers fresh Middle Eastern food in a casual atmosphere. His babaganoush is quite good.
