Sunday Baltimore 40th Birthday Celebration

I promised a friend of mine I'd plan a super birthday for him tomorrow, Sunday, in Baltimore. Do you have a suggestion of an ideal dinner, and maybe a place to follow for dancing or cocktails? My friends is much hipper than I am! and I haven't a clue. We are not too worried about price, but one person in are party is dairy sensitive. So tell me, what would be your ideal (Sunday) night out?

Thanks for your help!

Cinghiale is pretty new and delicious. I think it would be fun to hang out in the bar part for a birthday party. There are tons of recent reviews on here if you search.

Pazo is owned by the same people and is always a good choice for a trendy night out.

Ixia in Mt. Vernon would be fun too. They have great food and a lounge area you could hang out and have martinis afterward.

I'm not sure I can help with dancing on Sunday, but Pazo (Inner Harbor East) has an almost too hip vibe. Good food and fun cocktails could take you to Jack's Bistro (Canton) - which does have $12 specials at the bar on Sunday and is walkable to other spots in Canton (although I am not sure if any have dancing).
