Need Help with Appetizers

Picked up chocolate flatbread and rosemary gorgonzola scones today; they are yummy but a little bit at a loss of what to serve with/top them with for appys.

The chocolate flatbread has a subtle chocolate flavor and are not sweet. I was thinking perhaps wild boar pate, but was hoping for more ideas. Thanks!

Duck liverwurst- an inexpensive-ish alternative to foie gras pate- but any chicken/duck liver, topped with chopped dried cranberries, and/or chopped pistachio.

How about a salmon tartar, or mousse.... a minced shrimp and creme fraiche( or other binder) mixture with minced cilantro, date and apple chutney, tomato/mozz/basil, grilled eggplant/roasted tomatoes/goat cheese.....
If I think of more, I'll be back!

Thanks, Gio, that sounds great! I had a thought baloon and thought of baked brie with cranberry relish for the chocolate flatbreads, plus thinly shaved parma ham and onion jam for the scones.

Someone here posted a recipe here for cranberry chipotle chutney that I served with baked brie over Thanksgiving and it was fantastic.

Some kind of pear or cranberry and honey concoction would be good with the scones.

I don't know if anything here will inspire you. I haven't even read thorough the entire list. Perhaps there is some sort of topping listed that will make you say, "Ah HA! Just the thing!"
