visitor in search of sweet potato pecan pie

This is perhaps one of my favorite desserts in the entire planet, and I know it is hard to find outside New Orleans. I was just lucky to live in a college town that had an excellent New Orleans takeout place, and I literally had it every week. I am pretty sure, having it where it is created is perhaps going to be a revelatory experience. There were some lukewarm reviews about K-Paul's Kitchen. Do you have any recommendations?

K-Paul's allmost always has it on the menu. The restaurant unfortunately, has served better food than they are currently dishing out.
