Roast Beef Sandwiches...anyone know where I can find this style?

Hi. I'm a first time poster, as I just heard about the site on NPR. I moved to LA last summer, and have had a hard time finding the good food that must exist out there without being beyond my budget.

O.K.: Where can you find a good fresh, pink, moist, not salty, but not flavorless roast beef sandwich? Here's the oddly "me" part: I like it on a moist multi-grain or squaw bread, without mustard, and with mayo, onions, avocado, sprouts, and cheddar /or jack /or meunster cheese. Does this exist in LA? And more practically, in the La Crescenta/ Pasadena/ Glendale/ Burbank areas?

Try Whole Foods. They have a deli counter with a very good roast beef (pink, not brown!) and will make the sandwich to order with the stuff you've specified. It's around $6.
