Kendall Confectionary
Anyone know anything about this place? Saw a small ad in the local paper saying they carry imported candies, cookies etc and it caught my attention. Located on Spinelli St off of Concord Ave in Cambridge I believe. I'm thinking of checking it out and just wanted some CH input. Thanks

Kendall Confectionary is still open? I used to go there as a little kid. Back then, they had all kinds of candy and cookies, as well as baseball cards (which is why I went) and lots of other items. I thought they had closed years ago.

Yup, still open but it certainly does predominantly wholesale business because the "store" was just a few shelves of ordinary items at retail (or higher) prices. Honestly, Marshall's and TJ's have a selection of international tea, candy, cookies and other goodies that rivals Kendall. I'm disappointed but glad I checked it out. The only noteworthy sighting was a few boxes of Candy Cupboard chocolates. Had no idea they still existed, but from the looks of the place they may be beyond the sell by date by a couple of decades!
By the way, not a baseball card in sight.
