Back in NYC for a week, where to go?

I've been out of the country for about a year, and now I'm back in Manhattan for a little over 1 week... are there any places I should make sure to go? Of course I'm going to hit up a few of my favorites, and make sure to get a good cheeseburger and some bagels. Where would you make sure to go if you were in my position??
